1. Put liquids in the bottles first, unless a recipe says otherwise.
2. Cut all firm fruits and vegetables into pieces no larger than 3/4 inch(1.8cm) to 1 inch(2.5cm).
3. If the motor is overloaded, turn the blender off immediately, unplug the unit and let it cool for at least 15 minutes. Then remove a portion of the food and continue.
